Appraisals of the Blue Ridge, LLC Payment Policy is as follows.

Unless prior authorization has been made, all fees are due on inspection of property.  

We accept the following payment types: 

PayPal - an additional 3% processing fee applies
Cash
Cashiers Check
Money Order  

Appraisals of the Blue Ridge cannot accept personal checks.   We apologize for any inconvenience.    

Should authorization to invoice be made and payment becomes 30 days delinquent, all parties involved in the transaction including client/lender and property owner will be equally responsible for payment.     

If the appraiser is not notified before inspection of cancellation, the client and/or homeowner will be responsible for a $75.00 minimum trip fee.
